Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Chain Technology websites (smartchain.consulting) and products including TradeAI and HR Suite (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may sign up using email or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial and Free Usage

• HR Suite includes a 14-day free trial. No charge applies during the trial; you may cancel any time before it ends.
• TradeAI offers free usage of selected features before you subscribe. Limits and features in the free tier may change at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation, Downgrades and Refunds

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Use the Services to make automated trading decisions without independent verification — TradeAI outputs are informational and not investment advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content provided by us, are owned by Smart Chain Technology and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Services.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, payment providers, market data feeds). Their terms apply to your use of those services and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TradeAI provides analytical information only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. HR Suite is a software tool and not a substitute for professional HR or legal counsel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Chain Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.
