Smart Chain Technology ("Smart Chain", "we", "us", "our") operates smartchain.consulting and the products TradeAI (tradeai.smartchain.consulting) and HR Suite (hrsuite.smartchain.consulting). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our websites or products, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, profile picture, and organization, including data received from Google when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Product usage data — features used, pages visited, settings, and content you create inside TradeAI and HR Suite.
• Billing information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser, OS, timestamps, and error logs.
• Cookies and analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage.

3. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we request the minimum scopes required: your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) and a unique Google account identifier. We use this data only to:

• Create and authenticate your account.
• Display your name and profile picture inside the product.
• Communicate service-related messages.

Smart Chain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with law, or (c) where strictly necessary for security investigations.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the products and websites.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions and plan changes.
• Send service notifications and respond to support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under data-processing agreements.
• Payment processors strictly for billing.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics) in aggregated form.
• Authorities, when legally required.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and product data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted databases, role-based access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access, correct, or export your data.
• Revoke Google OAuth access via your Google Account permissions page.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
